Project LOUD × Adyraz

From Dusk
Till Dawn.

Children carry more than they should. Feelings they were never taught to name, emotions no adult stopped to validate, changes no one prepared them for.

12-hour charity run · Children's emotional wellbeing across Nepal

Why This

Story Behind
the Run

While working with children as an early childhood educator in Australia, Adhiraj saw up close what happens when a child's emotional world goes unattended.

He also heard the story of his friend whose entire adult life was shaped by a single unprocessed moment from his childhood. Trauma that grew in silence because no one gave him the language to name it.

He came back to Nepal and looked around. The same silence was here.

Project Loud × Adhiraj

We have been in these classrooms. We have sat with these children. We know what it looks like when a child does not have the words for what they feel.

So when Adhiraj showed up with this idea, it was not a hard conversation.

13 schools. 900+ people reached. 150+ sessions.

He runs. We show up for the children. Every rupee goes for the Children's Mental Health.
